Are you a passionate Psychology graduate ready to make a meaningful impact?  Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate individuals who are looking to benefit the lives of pupils in Newport.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out 1:1 support and small group support, adapting to each student’s specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create personalised support plans.
  • Help support and promote a positive and safe environment for pupils to thrive.

Why Psychology students/graduates?

Your experience studying Psychology means that you have a broad and diverse understanding of the needs of children and the way in which we can support them. You will be able to provide a deep understanding of social and emotional behavioural impacts and effective communication skills, which can be extremely beneficial to the lives of these children.

You do not need to have experience working within schools, as there are many transferable skills from other areas of work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
