A vibrant and thriving primary school in Tidworth, Hampshire, recently rated as 'GOOD' by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (0.8 contract) for a maternity cover position starting in September 2024. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to a supportive and dynamic teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to all abilities.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and setting targets to promote improvement.
*Maintain discipline in accordance with the school’s policies and behavioral strategies.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate activities.
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and wellbeing.
*Participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*Proven experience in primary education.
*Strong understanding of the current National Curriculum.
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
*Ability to work as part of a team and establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
*Commitment to ongoing professional development.
